After my disheartening dealings with Direct Auto Express, it has been a breath of fresh air dealing with G&L Enterprise. I was asked to fax a work order and not any upfront money. (Rule number two when shipping a car across the country: Never under any circumstances advance money.)
Their communications are totally awesome! I was constantly updated with emails and personal phone calls from Fred. Although G&L owns their own trucks, Fred found it more expedient to have my car picked up by Exit 15 Trucking. It was picked up as promised and Fred saw that I had their phone number along with the driver’s cell number. Due to road closing the car arrived a day late. Which I was informed of well in advance. The driver was very professional and pleasant. And the car arrived as it left California except for telltale signs of the salty roads the driver had to endured.
