The Customers Complaint is Due to a 3% merchant account Fee for collecting a full payment which we disclosed up front. We really try to stay away from Full Payments but the customer insisted we did it this way. The Driver we contracted did ask for $50.00 more before taking the job and the customer agreed to it since she knew Appleton,WISCONSIN which is close to GREEN BAY is very far and not too many carriers run this route. We are a broker and we did fulfill this order in a timely manner. Her KIA was picked up on time and delivered on time, the only issue was that I was in the hospital for a few days and neither the customer or the driver could reach me directly so the customer called her bank to dispute the $750 that was due to the driver. We are not here to steal or gouge anyone, we are a reputable brokerage and all 52 reviews are 5 stars .. This is an isolated incident and we apologize for any inconvenience. .
