I dealt with Amy who was extremely efficient and helpful. Many problems occured at pick-up from the dealer. In fact, three different transport trucks went to pick up my vehicle and it wasn't ready, couldn't be located or no one was on duty. This was extremely frustrating for the driver, for Amy and for me. However, Amy kept calling numbers to get another truck to deliver, called to speak with any employee who could help and called the manager. With all this activity, she kep me informed of the status.

I commend her work ethic and am glad that she was so helpful.
