I called on a Monday and had they had a driver ready to pick my car up on Thursday of the same week. Very fast. I was using another company before I called GT and the other company looked for a truck for 2 weeks before I canceled with them. Wish I would have called GT earlier. Very helpful customer service and very nice driver. Everything arrived perfect. Thanks GT.
