After going with this company, I was pleased at how fast the vehicle was picked up. BUT, the transport took forever. It was very inconvieinent and I could never get ahold of the truck driver. I also went out of my way to find a suitable site in town to have the car unloaded at (since I was told it would be coming on a 75ft trailor) and then it arrived on a rollback truck. I could have had it delivered to my house, but instead had to go out of my way. GT Transport did not tell me this and the truck driver, when he called an hour before delivery, could barely speak english which made the transaction difficult. I have learned my lesson - never buy a car that is 3000 miles away!

AFTER THIS CUSTOMER HAD PROBLEMS WITH OTHER COMPANIES GETTING THE VEHICLE MOVED I TOLD HER I COULD HELP. AFTER SPEAKING TO HER ON THE PHONE, I HAD A CALL FROM A DRIVER THAT WOULD BE ABLE TO LOAD THE VEHICLE THAT FRIDAY. THE VEHICLE WAS LOADED ON SCHEDULE AND HEADED TO OR FOR DELIVERY. DUE TO THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND THE DRIVER GOT HELD UP WITH OTHER DELIVERIES.. THE VEHICLE WAS DELIVERED TO HER IN A TIMELY MANOR IT LONG TOOK 10 DAYS TO GET FROM PA-OR THAT IS GOOD TIMING. ALSO WHEN I BOOK THE MOVES FOR CUSTOMERS I ADVISE IT IS A DOOR TO DOOR TRANSPORT AS LONG AS THEY CAN GET INTO THE AREA WITH NO PROBLEMS, IF THERE IS DOT REGULATION OR CLEARANCE ISSUES THE CUSTOMER WOULD NEED TO MEET THEM. EVERY CUSTOMER I DEAL WITH GETS THE SAME INFORMATION. ALL DELIVERIES ARE ESTIMATED 7-10DAYS AND THE DRIVER ARRIVED THERE ON THE 10TH DAY. THIS CUSTOMER CLEARLY DOES NOT APPRECIATE THAT I WAS ABLE TO HELP HER AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY HAD PROBLEMS WITH PREVIOUS BROKERS. I GUESS YOU JUST CANT PLEASE EVERYONE.
