Customer was informed that due to the holiday season no trucks would be available till after the 1st of January for this run and then it may take 7-10 days to get a truck from the NW to make his deliveries to the Michigan areas, then he will service his truck and prepare to make his pickups for the return trip. As of today the 9th, the truck has not arrived in Detroit to begin deliveries. We have informed customer several times, but he does not seem to understand that the trucks aren't sitting and waiting just to go to the house and pickup a vehicle, these trucks are constantly on the road. When transporting your vehicle, patience is absolutely necessary. And the customer has indicated that he is being compensated to write this review, so I assume that would be from one of the Brokers he has also listed his vehicle with, they are discounting him to write a bad review of us. What a shameful tactic!
An added update on this load...We rescheduled a pickup for this vehicle to again meet with the customers needs and the person with the keys left for the weekend without notifying the driver that he would be gone after knowing the exact pickup day 1 week prior.
