Unbelievable fast service. Not so good communication

I can only say this is a sick fast service. I told them on friday night that the car qas ready and they called the seller of the vehicle almost instantly to say they will pick it up on saturday morning. The seller refused because he couldn't do it on saturday. So they were there first thing in the monday picking the car up.

The vehicle was scheduled to be delivered 1300miles away by wednesday evening. The rain delayed it and they delivered the car by thursday noon. Which I still consider myself a hell of a fast service.

Bad thing was the communication, they never ever gave me a call, I was the one who always called. I could never reach the driver until he was already at my house. So the service itself is fantastic. Communication not so good. Nery needs to improve for sure.
