Thanks so much, Cheryl, for taking the time to share your experience with others! When we launched in 2018, we made the decision to do things differently than everyone else in this industry. Primarily, we set out to spend as much time as needed to educate our customers on the process and what to expect so that they have a good experience shipping their car with us. And after reading your review here, it proves that this was the right decision! Thank you for validating this for us publicly.
