FreightCenter.com was all peaches and cream upfront when explaining their capabilities, options and costs. After lulling you into a sense of complacency- assuring you of their expertise- and you have let go of your money for services YET to be rendered.... the story changes dramatically.

I had arranged for the pick-up , packaging and delivery of a medical table. I consummated the deal and was charged for the service on May 9th. The item was NOT picked up until 4 days later. It was NOT packaged "on-site" as represented but instead moved- NAKED- to a "packaging center". It remains at the erstwhile "packaging center to this day- some 14 days AFTER the consummation of the contract. The real cool part is that no one knows WHERE the "packaging center" is!!!! Or when or even IF my table will EVER be delivered!

My repeated calls are met with annoyance and I am treated as if I am some ignorant person unaware of the particulars of this business! AT present, I am out my medical table and the fees I have paid to freightcenter.com. I have no idea where my table is and neither does anyone at the company and worse, they don't seem to care!!!

I will NEVER use this company again and I urge anyone who is considering shipping to look elsewhere rather than be conned by this company. CAVEAT EMPTOR!
