WORST SERVICE I EVER GOT

Would never use this carrier again! First of all they are mostly a broker and channel their deliveries thru other carriers, in my case they used R+L Carriers. Shipped my brand new 17 FT Kayak. I packed it very carefully with buble wrap and heavy cartons in the stern and bow.
Kayak was picked up by R+L in a old and dirty track, ok no big deal... Kayak was delivered with a broken tiller, looked like someone picked up with a fork lift with no much care the tiller was complety torn from the fiberglass body and could not be repair. Contacting their customer center was an ordeal, after over 2 months of trading calls, pictures and emails they informed me that they were not at all responsible for the claim since I did not buy aditinall insurace for the Kayak. They acutally said that they would pay $5.00 towards my $1400.00 Kayak! What a joke! Do yourself a favor and use someone else for anything that matters to you.
