These guys are classic bait and switch thieves. I confirmed with Vince over the phone and in writing that the quote was $850. This was the total all in cost. The day before he mentioned they had a $150 brokers fee.
Besides the lies around price, he also promised to provide information and didn't, booked it for wednesday and then the day before said it would be thursday, told me the driver would call the night before and didn't, didn't respond to emails or phone calls.
I was fortunate I wasn't in a jam and needed the car right away. Went to someone else and had a very pleasant experience.
Basically a total dirtbag.
