Called them on 4/26 ....weeks prior to pick up day 5/10/13. Spoke to Jay on the fone, received a text message from him. Communicated with him via phone calls and texts for pick up date and drop off, asked if he wanted a deposit, he said no not until 2-3 days before pick up date. On 5/8 called to confirm pick up time, Jay said he's busy and would call back .... 2 hours went by, no call back. called him again, he said I'm in my office for another half an hour I will call u back before I'm off. Another hour went by, no call back. Texted the cell number. Someone texted back " hi Annie, I guess Jake ( not Jay) didn't call u back....give me half an hour I will be in front of a computer to give u a time. An hour went by, no one called back. called " jay" ( from the number has been texted me) rang twice, went to voice mail, then straight to voice mail after that.


Called another company the next day, they came picked up my car in grand junction, co within the next day. Stanley from image auto tranport is the bomb....best customer service. Very affordable price only $800 for my car and his driver is very reliable, called us giving us updates on his way ...
