i do this every year requesting quotes dealing with 50000 calls and even more emails. always end up switching companies 2 or 3 times before some one gets the job done. this time was no different but joe was the only person who told me straight out the gate what it would cost to get it done. he explained everything to me and got the job done. from now on i will go directly to the top of the list and get the job done the first time
