I called them this past Monday 7/23/12. My vehicle was picked up Tuesday morning 7/24/12 as I requested before 11am and it was delivered yesterday 7/25/12 with no damage. The guys at Freedom are true professionals and know there business very well. I was happy to write this review and hope it helps.
