Hi from my first interaction with Frank, I knew I was dealing with someone who knew their business very well. Not having transported many vehicles myself, he made the process very easy to understand and made it clear what to expect every step of the way. He was very responsive to my e-mail and phone calls and always followed up quickly when needed. He acted as the interface with my driver to ensure that our plans stayed connected due to my schedule constraints. His price was very fair; not the lowest, which I would never choose, and not even close to the highest. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Frank and his company and will definitely look to them first for my future automobile transport needs. My convertible Mercedes arrived in perfect condition, and I thank all involved.
