I just have to tell anyone who may be looking for an auto transport company that Frank's Auto Transport, and everybody connected with them, were absolutely fabulous to work with. I was so nervous, never having done this before; I must have asked every question a person could think of, in numerous emails. They were so honest and patient with me, it put most of my fears to rest. They had me call CJ Auto Transport in Murrietta, CA to secure the exact day/location (I volunteered to meet the driver in a location other than where I live) and Judy was so friendly and professional, she put any remaining fears I had, to rest. I would absolutely recommend both companies again, with no hesitation. They delivered my vehicle 3 days early, which I was ecstatic about, because the actual date told to me would have conflicted with a flight out. The driver was Javier, and special props to him. We could be swayed to make him a member of the family; all of us at the pick-up and delivery locations were so impressed with him. Very nice, honest, loyal. I almost wish I had another vehicle to ship right now just to keep the lines of communication open!
