The company quickly provided a quote and arranged for transport. Payment arrangements were made clear and were manageable. The pick-up was inside the pick-up window and was made at a mutually agreeable location a few blocks from our home (the pick-up address was on a narrow residential street). The drop-off was inside the drop-off window and was made at a mutually agreeable location a few minutes drive from the delivery address (the delivery address had a very steep and narrow driveway). The drivers at both the pick-up and drop-off points were personable and professional. No damage was done to the vehicle in transit.
