This is the 3rd time I've used Frank's. I did lots of research before deciding on this company the first time - I was very nervous because I had no experience with this. Frank's office coordinated the transport and did not transport the cars. But Frank's office was involved in all cases and provided excellent followup to my questions. Each transport company was informative and professional. There were sufficient calls before the pickup and actual delivery. After the first transport went well, I used Frank's again and got the same fine service. So, I used them again for my 3rd car. The cars were transported from California to Florida. Two older cars were on "open" transport and the other was "closed". If you have a newer car, "closed" is preferable to minimized dirt, etc. But otherwise, it's a reliable company.
