Frank's was very easy to work with, and the car was shipped extremely quickly- it arrived in Los Angeles coming from Alabama only 5 days after I first contacted Frank's. It was easy to get in touch with costumer service at all hours of the day. My only complaint was that the driver of the truck didn't speak English very well and was thus difficult to communicate with by phone, but he was a nice guy and seemed honest. The car arrived in fine condition, although it was very dirty.
