I had absolutely no problems with Frank. He promised a pickup date, the driver arrived on time and as promised, loaded the truck, and said I'll see you Thursday. Thursday morning, before I was even out of bed, the driver, Tom, called and said he had my car in the driveway. I even ran into the driver in the middle of nowhere, Florida, at a rest area in the bathroom. Talk about small world! Everything was smooth and perfect just as described. I will definitely be using Frank in the future whenever I need to transport anything.
