Frank was a broker who contracted with NAO Auto, who used the driver Vadim. I accepted Frank's bid on uShip. Everything went extremely well, except two small things: 1. When I was ready to accept Frank's bid on uShip, I stopped hearing from him. So I called, and then all was well. 2. I confirmed that Frank would accept payment in full on delivery by credit card (after the initial deposits), but then it turned out opposite. However, he called NAO and checked they would accept credit card payment. I also checked with them. But then it turned out that they charge an extra 3% for that. That's fair, but it should be stated upfront.
The driver Vadim was excellent in every respect.
