My overall experience with Frank's was good. After setting up an approximate pick up date for my car which was in Oregon, it took a couple calls to find out exactly which day the car was going to be picked up but in all fairness to Frank's this had a lot to do with the person who was using the car at the time. However, when I called to find out if they had set up a day they did not seem to have much information for me and rather than call me back with the information they asked if I could call them later.
As for the drop off, I had instructed them to call my cell phone to tell me when the car would be dropped off. I was told that since the car was picked up in Oregon on a Friday that it would be delivered to me in Southern California sometime on Tuesday. On Monday afternoon I had not heard anything about when they were planning to drop of the vehicle so I called them at about 3PM and was told that the driver was about 30 minutes away from my house. The driver did call to tell me this but he called my home phone and only left a message which I never got. Luckily there was someone there to take delivery and make the payment so I got the vehicle a day earlier than expected.
All's well that ends well so I would use them again in the future. Price seemed reasonable enough.
