In January 2012 I had my 2010 Jeep Wrangler transported from central MA to the Matson shipping port in Long Beach, CA. Frank's coordinated my vehicle be picked up by a local carrier in MA and delivered to CA. I had a very specific time frame in which I needed my vehicle delivered to CA because my ultimate destination was HI and I needed to time cargo shipping dates. Frank took the time to help me plan the pick-up day and discussed transit times with me via both email and phone. I got what I feel is a great rate at $1725 for an ENCLOSED transport completely cross-country.
Once we decided on a date Frank emailed me the contract. I had to sign the contract, email back the signed contract then give Frank's a deposit before my vehicle was picked-up. In order to avoid extra fees for using a credit card for the full transit cost I gave the deposit with a credit card (no fee) then got a cashier's check from my bank to pay the balance to the transport company the day my Jeep was picked-up.
The transit company gave me all of their contact information and notified me by phone when they delivered my Jeep to Matson shipping in CA. Frank also emailed me and called me to let me know that the Jeep had been delivered in CA. My vehicle arrived with no visible damage. I have been driving it for over a month now since I got to HI and it runs perfect.
It is easiest to conact Frank's via email. If not leave a message and Frank was good about getting back to me quickly the couple times I needed to call. I have never shipped a vehicle before but I would definitely call Frank's and have them move my vehicle again if I ever require it.
