Chris had to schedule the pickup twice because the keys did not arrive as scheduled. Delivery of the keys was by US Postal priority delivery and the confirmed delivery date was missed by 3 days. This was not the fault of Fox, it was my mistake in trusting the Post Office.
When Chris was notified the keys were with the car, he was able to arrange transport the next day with pickup the day after.
this move was handled in a professional manor, no one asked for extra fees, communication was prompt and pleasant.
