Communication was awesome. I've shipped a number of items with various carriers over the years and this was absolutely the best I've experienced. I got an email as soon as they accepted the job and contact throughs the process. Amazing customer contact - I knew at every stage of the process what was happening and delivery was as ordered - truck diver was super helpful too - which isn't bad at all after a 1000 mile trip the day before. no hesitation in recommending these guys - will be my first choice next time too.
