if i had a bad experience then that is what i had...if i had a good one i wouldve wrote in or not said anything at all if i was content with the service. it was not the information that the company sends you to fill out and send in that takes 6-8 weeks to recieve.... it the actual certificate for the gas from whomever you send it to....and do little to get it is a joke....yeah its free but ask for further information about it and i guarantee they will say they dont know because they dont know too much about it other than the application and information they send you themselves, try to dogde your question, or lie. please believe me when i say that i DID NOT SCHEDULE THIS DATE, he told me a truck would be in Sacramento on that day and they had spots available. i did not say my vehicle had to be picked up that day....as a matter of fact they didnt even have my answer untill a few days prior to that pick up date because i called to see if the truck was going to still be there and if there was space left.....i was told there was one left....even still that charge was not in my contract when it still should have been right? OVerall why would they pay someone to move my car for me $800 and give me a quote of $695? it doesnt make sense....they charged me without me knowing it and knew there was nothing i could do about it once my car was on that truck.....PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.....
even if what they say is true i didnt find out about the charge untill i had to pay for it.... they add charges to your bill and make you pay later when you dont have a choice and your car gets taken to warehouse or someplace becuase you cant pay for it untill you make further plans to pay to ship it from there again even though you had a contract price......they are nice at first trying to make a sell but if you have a bad experience like me they turn sour.....maybe they have had successful bussiness but not with me, they have horrible customer service and very bad attitudes, i recieved an email already from fllofield@yahoo calling me an ignorant B*tch telling me to tell the truth......but i am....
