Of the many transport companies contacted, only Fleet United Auto Transport went out of their way to away to help me. Most companies give you a range of days (generally 1-7) of when the car MIGHT be picked up but no firm commitments. I wanted the car picked up ASAP with a FIRM date. James Lester called me back in 30 min. and had arranged for the pickup that same day with a 3 day delivery from Texas to Kentucky. In addition, he continually keep in contact with calls and emails keeping me informed through delivery of the car. I received the car before most other transport companies would have even picked it up. Personal service like this was not expected but greatly appreciated. One thing is definite and that is Fleet United Transport will be the ONLY company I call next time.
