As far as time of pickup and delivery service they were right on time,but I was quoted $1340.00 by Fleet and their commission would be $150.00 .This was to be paid by credit card and the balance of $1190.00 to be paid to the transport operator.When the car arrived at Ogdensburg,N.Y. the carrier would not unload the car unless I paid the full amount of $1340.00.I :E:mailed Fleet United about this problem and got no answer.I did not want the car to be laying around somewhere so I went ahead and paid the carrier the full amount of $1340.00 .Two or three weeks later I received my C/C statement and it had been debited $160.00 on Sept. 9th,2005 .This made the total cost $1500.00.The other problem was beyond Fleet United control but when the carrier arrived at my Ogdensburg garage , the garage had to unload two non running cars to get at mine and then load the other two cars back on the carrier.This cost me $100.00.As far as the time and the delivery I was very happy , but I feel that Fleet United owes me a refund Of $160.00 for the overcharge.I had E mailed them about this problem and received no answer.I feel that their service was excellent and it is a shame to screw it up because of this problem.The actual carrier was L and V Auto Transport,1020 Hiawatha Blvd.Syracuse,N.Y.13204
