Don't go with Fleet

Fleet is an unprofessional group that allows their carriers to drive other vehicles on their carrier. (If you have a fast car, the drivers of the carrier will drive it....guaranteed!)

They will over charge you and say it was some sort of "fee". Basically used to buy them lunch.

The manager will be sassy to you unless you tell them your concern. Honestly, they are not concerned with your concerns, just getting the money.

Lack of communication! They didn't even tell me when approximately when my vehicle was going to even be picked up. I found out a day prior that it was going to be delievered to my location.

They lie. If the actual carrier needs information to pick up your vehicle, Fleet is too lazy to fax over or tell the carrier the information they need to know to get your vehicle.

Don't go with Fleet! They're a fraud!!!

The experience that Ms. Stone encountered was with another comapny. Had we been notified of these issues, it woul have been taken care of. The company she is in which she is referring to is one, Yellow Jacket Express. We we not notified about the situation until well after the car was delivered. Antwan R.
