This wonderful customer states that we are SCAM artists yet fails to say that we never charged him a dime for our services. The facts of his case are quite simple. His transport route is a very difficult one, we quoted a fair price, did all we could to get it moved. However no carriers were in the area, and no one could take the job. We were the highest posted load on central with him, and that was not enough. Meanwhile this wonderful customer became very irate, and hard to speak with. We mentioned that adding more money on the carrier side (Not to us) might help persuade a carrier into the area, he took it as a scam. If the money does not come into my companies pocket, how in gods name is that a scam? Very misinformed customer, and I hope he moved the car himself, and did not hassle any other good willing companies.
