This is my first time a use this type of services. As a newbie I was a little concern about the process, paperwork, transit time, insurance, and most important the service during the transportation process I've read some people's review that right after they make the initial payment, their sales contact totally ignores them and they are rude to them. But Richard is a whole different story, he was very friendly during the whole process.
Same for the drivers, they picked my phone and they were very polite
Highly recommended ! will definitely use again!
