I shipped a high-end car and I ensured that I paid extra so it's delivered on time and in good condition. BUT, THIS IS WHAT I GOT:
My car was delivered and the battery was completely dead. They had no solution, I had to get my car and spend over an hour on the road to jump start and charge my battery in the cold. I also paid a price that was more than my contracted price as they wouldn't give me my car unless I paid it.
The big thing is I paid for an enclosed shipment and the car was delivered filthy, dirty, I was upset as the car came from a showroom. I don't know if I got scammed here but my car should not be that dirty! I just delivered an enclosed car 2-weeks ago for my wife with another carrier and the car came spotless like it came off showroom, which it should.
I tried calling them, leaving messages, email, but they took my Cash and won't respond to this poor customer service issue. That's ok, I will post more reviews and contact the BBB to report this issue.
