When I called Erika at First Rate, I was very frustrated because I had originally contacted another company (Speedy Auto Transport/The Car Shipping Network) who totally blew me off and was very unprofessional. Erika's transparency and willingness to provide context about First Rate's process and the overall car shipping process was appreciated. Her communication skills and response time was efficient and effective, and she followed up after the car was received.
