Thank you First Rate Auto for getting our car to its destination! This brokerage company is professional, easy to work with, and trustworthy. Although the pickup date was delayed (not First Rate's fault), the car got to Miami before a critical deadline, which was the most important part of the transaction. For those who haven't shipped a car before (outside of a household goods shipment), I want to warn you that this is a strange industry. We had plenty of cash available to pay for the transport and an experienced brokerage (First Rate Auto), but it was still difficult to "lure" a driver to pick up our car. We live a mere 10 minutes from a major interstate, but in the end we had to drive almost an hour to rendezvous with the car-carrier who didn't want to go out of his way - even for a paying customer. Make no mistake, the drivers run this show and there's little anyone can do about it.
If I need to ship my car again, I will definitely use First Rate Auto Transport, LLC.
