Everything just worked out alright. The first available truck was dispatched the next day I placed my order, and even better it's an enclosed truck. Because the actual pick-up time was unknown until the day before, I had to change my pick-up location to a friend's place. I emailed Josh that night and asked him to send a text message to the truck driver and Josh did it for me. My car arrived on the earliest day the truck driver had estimated, though after 6 PM so it's pretty cold picking up my car, nonetheless I knew the driver had done his best. Overall, the whole arrangement was smooth and well-done. Thanks a lot Josh!
