I have to respect the fact that this business is primarily a broker run operation from company to company. That being said the company might not know the drivers on a first hand basis. The guy picking up the car was in contact with us and made us feel comfortable in his ability to get the vehicle to us safely. We were contacted when he was 200 hundred miles out and again when he was within an hour from the house. Definitely an A class operation and I would use them again anytime. Thanks for a job well done fellows.
