After receiving over 10 quotes from various transport companies throughout the country, I booked the transport of my niece's vehicle wiith FIRST CLASS AUTO TRANSPORT after receiving a fair and understandable rate from a professional human being. Josh's prompt emails and courteous service won me over right from the start. Our initial contact was just before the onset of Hurricane Sandy and because First Class Auto Transport is located in New York, it's offices were very much a part of the storm and its damaging effects. Without power and without email, Josh stayed in communication with me and kept my business; using his personal cell phone and email to stay in touch. I was so impressed. And although I did not meet the actual long-distance driver set up for this delivery, I will tell you I met the "local" driver who picked up the vehicle and was completely impressed with him as well! Josh not only gives outstanding service from his own office.....but he also expects excellent service from others and employs those services accordingly. I would definately recommend Josh and First Class Auto Transport to others.
