First Auto Transport had my car shipped from New York to Washington state within 7 days. The price was competitive and although it was admittedly a few more dollars than other transportation companies, the customer service with this company was excellent. It was a last minute decision for me to ship out my car, and I needed a company that I could trust in picking up my car from a friend because I was already across country. I decided to go with First Auto Transport because unlike a lot of other companies that do not have offices or business addresses, this company operates from a legitimate office and the employees seem to make efforts to get my car transported within a short time frame. The communications with First Auto Transport throughout the process was great. Ultimately, I'm satisfied and just really glad that my car made it over safe and sound.
