I get a lot of offers to transport my car , I selected them because they are the cheapest 525$. I talked to them by phone and I said to them is this the total price and do you guarantee this price to not changing they said yes we guarantee. and when they send me a phone for the real transport company I discovered that the wanted to charge me 725$ . I sent them email to cancel my order and called them by phone they said OK. I assigned with another company to transport my car but the other company told me that I need to cancel the previous order to do ahead . I told them I already canceled but the other company said no it is still on the system. I called the again about 40 times they answered just twice in one time they closed the phone in my face when I told them that I want to cancel my order, in the second time they tried to believe that the other company will increase the charge like the so its better to stay on them and when I said no I want to cancel it they closed the phone on my face. My car is in an auction they let me loose the 5 days and till now they did not cancel the order and I will pay now to the auction parking fee. I will complain against them because they let me loose money and time.
