Good morning Greg,
Looking over our records you these statements you allege are not correct. If you would please reference your agreement you signed on 11/11/16 2:09 pm est, you will see the contract states $425.00 USD Total. Fidelity honors all rates and does *not* bait and switch customers. We are the only auto transport company in the industry that handles customer's order with legal binding contracts.
Fidelity consigned a carrier on 11/11/16 to move your vehicle on 11/14/16 (Monday). On the afternoon of 11/14/16 1:08 pm est, you wanted to reschedule your transport booking because you stated you were not ready. It was explained to you that you would be charged a rescheduling fee of $80.00 because Fidelity's driver was already at your area to load. The $80.00 was for Fidelity to afford the driver a dry-run fee because you rescheduled the last minute when you had 3 days to let us know prior to that. Rather than pay the contractual re-schedule fee, you opted to cancel.
We hope that any potential clients reading this take into consideration the frequency in which Fidelity receives reviews versus the frequency of orders Fidelity maintains monthly and investigates all further reviews.
Fidelity is the only auto transport broker in the industry that offers clients contracts. The contracts are made to disclose and protect all parties. Greg was made aware of the price upfront and signed an agreement for that price ($425), in addition to, Greg was disclosed in the contract that any last minute cancellations would be subject to a rescheduling fee.
