Poor customer service and late

The process started off well. Then they postponed the original delivery date and said they would arrive at the storage facility at 8am on the new date. I arrived at 8 and they weren't there. I called at 10:30 and was told by the dispatcher that the driver was 30 mins away. Over an hour later, I called again and was told it would be 30 minutes again. An hour later, same thing. I had a housing contract appointment at 1pm that couldnt be rescheduled. At 4pm, they arrived wondering where I was at. This was 8 hours late and I had told them I had previous obligations. I was 15 minutes away and they waited 5 minutes and called me again basically yelling at me. I waited around for 5 hours bc they kept lying and then they got upset when I was not still sitting there waiting after 8 hours. The dispatch lady was the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with in my life. Would not recommend
