Federal Auto was great in setting up the transport company and arranging everything. As a first time shipper, Alan was able to walk me through the steps and reassure me.

My only knock against the process which isn't Alan's fault was the lack of communication during the shipping process. I got a call when the vehicle would be picked up and dropped off but nothing in between and it was a little nerve racking. A tracking system of some kind would have been helpful, although not sure if it is possible.
