I contacted Federal via email to ask a specific question. Jennifer Gibbs responded less than an hour later with an answer, and I had a quote that same day. Compared to other companies, they were very competitive and the reviews I had read on Federal were mostly outstanding. With many of the other companies, there always seemed to be WAY more complaints than compliments, so my mind was made up. Jennifer told me driver could pick it up the next week, and he did on Friday. The driver even called me directly just to let me know a day ahead of time that it was confirmed. Jennifer had told me that it could take 7 - 10 days for the transport, which I was expecting so no problems there. The driver picked it up on Friday afternoon in Michigan, then I got a call on Monday saying they wanted to deliver it Tuesday! I was shocked it got there so quick! I got the bike the next morning, and it looked just as good as it did when it was picked up. The driver was very friendly, and the whole experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, and should I have the need to do this again, I know who I will call. Thanks Federal, and thanks especially to Jennifer!
