I was moving my car form Denver to Connecticut and I only decided to do it about 3 days prior to leaving. I received 9 referrals, and after reading the reviews I narrowed it down to 4 that I contacted, which quickly became 1 after speaking to Lilly at Fast Track. Her knowledge, experience and honesty came through loud and clear. Don't let the newness of Fast Track deter you, because Lilly has worked for a long time in this business and is now independant. Her explanation of the pricing made perfect sense. Unlike the low ballers who sucker you in but then cannot provide a carrier, or the high ballers who are so overpriced that you may get a quick response from a carrier but you are overpaying by sometimes 40%! Lilly was able to confirm my contract and carrier within 3 hours for pickup 48 hours later! Lilly and her staff were always available and her trucker called two days prior to pickup to confirm, and also the the day prior to confirm pickup time and then again on the morning of the pickup to let us know they were 30 minutes away! They showed up exactly on time! I was able to call the carrier on his cell phone during his trip and it was really nice to know that he had arrived on the east coast. The the day prior to delivery they called me to reconfirm the time of arrival at the destination! Needless to say I would absolutely use Fast Track in the future and recommend them to a friend!
