I contacted this company after searching online for transporting my Mazda CX 7 from Wisconsin. Immediately after I paid the deposit I noticed that I could not get a hold of the Representative I spoke with.After finally getting a hold of my rep Andrew he told me that my car was scheduled to pick up the next day. The next day rolls around & they tell me the truck broke down. After days of waiting & contacting several different companies & figured out that my car had not even been assigned to a driver on "Central Dispatch" which is the system all these companies use to post jobs. I immediately called & canceled & went with we will transport it. & my vehicles got here with in a couple of days.

Now to the 2nd issue with this company.. When I called & canceled they said they would refund me my deposit "I even have emails from them stating that they would refund me my money" after weeks of waiting and getting emails back from Fast Track saying they would refund I filled a dispute with my bank. These people are scam artist DO NOT USE THEM!!! Also they are one of the only companies that actually asks for a deposit upfront. My advise use a company that has a good rating on the BBB & a good rating on here. And never ever ever just use someone just because there the cheapest unless they dont require a deposit.

Nabeel (Bill) Sheikh failed to state in his review that we did in fact have a carrier assigned and yes, unfortunately trucks do brake down from time to time which again is clearly stated in our contract which he did sign stating that we can not guarantee pick up and delivery do to situations that may happen that are beyond our control. He would have received the vehicle in the same time if he would have just stuck with one company. We did in fact communicate with him throughout the entire process. ***CUSTOMERS, PLEASE YOUTUBE 20/20 INVESTIGATION ABOUT THE BBB. YOU WILL CLEARLY UNDERSTAND WAY WE ARE NOT MEMBERS. BBB GAVE HUMAS " A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION AN A+ RATING FOR A SMALL FEE. I STRONGLY SUGGESTS EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THE BBB.***
