Damage and fraud attempt

I used the FAST Transport Services and they damage my windshield. So, when I received the car, there was a yellow receipt inside my car saying that my windshield was damaged. So, I checked my copy (pink) and there was no record of a crack in the windshield. I contacted te driver and he said that I probably had just a bad copy of the receipt. When I said that the copy was very good, he told me not to worry and he would replace the windshield for me. It's been 3 weeks of constant calls and no results. Very disapointing and insulting.
