After receiving irritating pre-recorded calls, I was impressed with Nicole's contact and customer service follow up. The company in CA wanted to pick up the car earlier so I had to remind them of the agreed upon date.
After that, the pick up was on time and the driver notified me a few days before his arrival in NC. The only reason for the delayed delivery was an ice storm in the south. I was surprised when the delivery was only 1 day later, I didn't expect him to make it through the storm.
The car arrived dirty but with no damage. I would recommend Fast Auto to friends.
