Overall, we were pleased with the service and most with the contact support from Sheldon. The transport left room for improvement, however. Our little Ford Escort was placed over the cab and met every tree branch and bug that was encountered for over 3000 miles. Most of that grime was able to be cleaned off, though there were still scratches that did not come out. Unfortunately, the driver felt that that since the car needed to be repainted anyway, that this was no big deal. It was not the driver's place to make such a remark and had the car been placed within the truck, the conversation would not have been necessary. I hate to think what would have happened to a newer car placed over the cab. The driver did his best to rub out what he could and he gave us $20 to have the car washed.
