Great Experience from a Great Company and Agent

Fast Auto Movers is an extraordinary company in large part due to their extraordinary agent, Nicole. Several months prior to our move from NJ to NV, I solicited quotes from the internet re auto move and got about a dozen quotes - one of which was from Fast Auto.

However, I ultimately went with the auto mover associated with home mover... without checking their ranking (Three stars) on Transport Reviews. BIG MISTAKE.

Several weeks prior to move, I get an unsolicited call from Nicole who tells me my auto mover is low-balling price they would pay for carrier (about $100) and if I had any difficulty in getting a carrier, to keep her in mind. Apparently all brokers have access to a "National Dispatch" listing.

I said thanks for info, but I was already committed. A week before the move, my auto carrier finally arranges a carrier at their price. Unfortunately, two days before the pickup date, the carrier cancelled, most likely from getting a better price (common per Nicole), but claimed engine trouble.

I immediately called Nicole back, agreed on a more "reasonable" price to offer ($100 above original broker), and cancelled my original broker.

Nicole had a new carrier arranged within hours, with pickup scheduled the following day. Subsequently car arrived on time / in perfect condition. That's what you get when you deal with a FIVE STAR auto mover and an extraordinarily dedicated agent like Nicole vs a three star broker whose ratings are "peppered" with zero star comments related to non-performance.
