This company is terrible. They did not communicate the pick up date as the broker said they should. I had to call to confirm pickup and they decided to do it a day earlier than scheduled. They never kept me abreast of the travel details, I received no updates of where my vehicle was. When I contacted the numbers for the driver he never answered. I finally contacted their dispatch and he said the drive will not answer if he’s driving then he told me that my car had already arrived at its destination. So I requested the next available drop off date. They said they would not be able to deliver because th delivery truck had some maintenance issues and it would take a couple more days. I requested the very earliest date and I even specified a timeframe I would be available. When that day came thy did not contact m so I reached out. They said that they could not come out that day anymore and that it would be th next couple of days. I mentioned that I would have an alternate agent receive the vehicle for me ( as the paperwork required) as I would not be in town but needed my car to be delivered so I can get to work when I get back from my trip. They decided to delay the vehicle delivery because I was not there even though I had designated an alternate in writing on their documents. They stopped answering the phones and would not speak to me until I told them I would notify the police. They finally delivered the car 20 days later. They wouldn’t even entertain a discounted rate due to the late delivery and the delivery guy was very rude and disrespectful. I had a male friend of mine reach out to complain to the owner and he played it off as if the driver was in charge. He (the owner) discounted the matter and said he only handled the finances. The truth is that he (the owner) and the driver are brothers and he lets the driver do whatever he wants. Horrible experience, do not use this service. They also go by the name Olympia Auto transport.
